Shipping Policy

Valeryuskateboards Shipping Policy:

1. National Shipping (Spain):

We ship to the entire national territory of Spain, including the Canary Islands, except the Balearic Islands.

If you live in the Balearic Islands and wish to place an order, please contact us directly via our email address valeryuskate@gmail.com or through social media to inquire about shipping options and conditions.
Orders to mainland Spain and the Canary Islands have an estimated delivery time of 48 to 72 hours using our standard shipping rate.

2. International Shipping:

We offer international shipping with approximate delivery times depending on the region:

• Europe: Estimated delivery time 4 to 6 business days.

• North America, Latin America, Oceania and other international regions: Estimated delivery time 7 to 10 business days.

3. Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates vary depending on order weight and delivery area.

The shipping rate will be automatically calculated at checkout.

For some domestic and international shipments, a small additional weight surcharge may apply, especially for orders over two kilos.

4. Customs Duties and Taxes:

For shipments outside of Spain and the European Union, orders may be subject to tariffs and taxes upon arrival in the destination country.

These additional charges depend on the laws and regulations of each country and are the sole responsibility of the client.

We recommend our customers check with their local customs office for detailed information on possible additional costs before placing an order.
Purchases sent within Spain and to other countries in the European Union are not subject to import duties or taxes.

5. Responsibility and Guarantee:

We strive to ensure that each shipment arrives within the estimated time. However, we cannot guarantee delivery within these time frames due to possible third party delays or external factors beyond our control.
For urgent international shipments, we have Correos' Pack Light International service, which offers maximum delivery guarantee.

6. Exchange and Return Policy:

Product returns or exchanges must be notified within 14 days of receipt.

7. Cash on Delivery:

Currently, we do not offer the cash on delivery option.
